Many people think all jobs will be replaced except for theirs. For example, a plumber thinks only a human can do plumbing better than AI, so they think their job is safe, which it is not. People are ignorant to the fact that AI is already taking people’s jobs, and that’s before there are AI robots walking around. So, imagine how many more jobs will be gone once there are walking AI robots.
AI can do tasks with far more precision, speed, and repetition than a human can do. AI machines will take over routine and tasks that are repetitive, even tasks that are not repetitive; they will be taken over too.
AI will change the job market – all markets at that. Everything will change; nothing will be the same. People are not ready for what is to come. If people thought it was hard to get a job now, in the future it will be even harder. People who didn’t want to work in the past will, in the future, be complaining that they can’t find a job, but before they didn’t want to work, but now that there is no work, they will be complaining about no work.
AI takes over routine, repetitive tasks, jobs requiring creativity, empathy, and complex problems. Can an AI robot feel empathy, or will it be cruel when taking all your jobs? AI will have no emotions when it comes to taking your job; eventually, they will, but for now, it will inadvertently get you fired or laid off.
People will have to find new ways to make money, since they are ignorant of the AI takeover by the time they notice it will be too late. Not paying attention to AI. Lots of people are not noticing the AI takeover until they lose a job to AI – till then, they will not care. Many people are not aware that the future is now.
If you were to talk to hundreds of people about them losing their jobs/careers to AI, they will look at you like you’re crazy until it happens. People always open irrelevant businesses that will not succeed. AI will reveal how useless your business is.
If you don’t use AI in your business, your business will become irrelevant. If your competition is using AI and you are not, your business will fail, since every other business will be using AI to accelerate.
As an employee, if you use AI to do work faster and better, the company will realize that you are useless and will lay off many employees to save money and make more money than the previous years.
So, if you use AI, it will replace you faster, unless you use it in your own business to make more money rather than working for someone else; you can use AI to work for yourself.
What can we do:
- People can come together and stop many types of violence against each other and figure out how to make money in other ways.
- People will prefer human-only job roles, so human companies will only hire humans only.
- Humans can use AI to make money for them, so you can get wealthy or rich from AI.
- Use AI in your business to become more productive and use your free time to improve the business and come up with new ideas.
